Influensters L'OREAL Hair Care Unboxing & Review.

After completing a short survey from Influenster about my hair type I was chosen to receive and review the new line of Hair Expertise products from L'OREAL Paris. After only waiting 2 days after hearing the great news, I got a box of goodies in my mail box! Dont mind the damaged box, it happens in the mail, nothing we can do about it!

Let me tell you, the first thing I did once I opened this box, was smell everything inside, and then smelt it again. Man do these 3 smell amazing, it has a warm and spicy smell to it, very nice.

First I need to tell you about my hair. I have long hair, but from years of colouring it, it is very dry and brittle and breaks all the time. So when I say I have tried every type of shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner, spray etc. I mean it, I even tried Wen as I heard nothing but amazing things about the moisture quenching formula, but that ended badly and its a long story for another time. Now that my hair is recooperating from the Wen diaster, I was worried about everything I put in my hair. After doing the survey I knew I would get this trio of product as I have the worst hair and this is suppose to work ...... So did it work?

First things first. Shampoo. It was a lighter shampoo then I am used to, as it has a blend of precious oils. It did however clean better then other thick and sticky shampoos. And like I said before, it smells amazing!

Next the conditioner, once agin this was a lighter conditioner then I am used to, not as dense, heavy or smothering as other ones I have used. Nice and refreshing to rinse it out of my hair and not feel my hair weigh 10lbs heavier, and it felt softer while it was still wet. Did I mention it smells amazing?

Last but not least the Nourishing Mask Balm. The instructions said to towel dry hair, apply the mask and leave for 5 minutes. As I did. Once I rinsed it out I could instantly feel the difference in my hair from before. The balm added that extra moisture my hair needed! After doing all 3 steps and I brushed my hair, I didnt notice any hair breakage! This is a big thing for me, my hair finally feels healthy, and better then that, it LOOKS healthy!

So if you are looking for something new to try with dry, brittle hair I suggest the Extrodinary Oil line from L'OREAL Paris. They are now available in store, and I noticed they are on for $2.97 at Walmart Canada! Wont hurt to try.
